Cable operators flayed for showing Indian movies
ISLAMABAD- The G-9 Markaz Traders’ association has condemned the relay of Indian movies at the local cable network.
In a statement issued, the traders demanded of the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) to direct all cable operators to follow the prescribed code of conduct. The office bearers of the traders’ body accused a senior official of the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) of supporting the cable operators who were violating the government’s ban on televising Indian movies in the country.
