Business Recorder staffer passes away
KARACHI- Tufail Ahmed, 68, production manager of the daily Business Recorder, died of abdominal cancer on August 6, 2003.
Tufail Ahmed had joined Business Recorder in 1965. After serving the newspaper for nine years he left it in 1974 and settled down in the United States of America.
He came back in 1988 and rejoined the newspaper as its production manager and continued in the same capacity till August 4, 2003.
He has left behind a son and a daughter and a large number of relatives, friends and office colleagues to mourn his death.
