QUETTA, July 05 2006: The Balochistan High Court (BHC) here on July 04 ordered the respondent to produce an infant girl, Subha, before the court on July 31. The court also issued notices to Advocate-General Balochistan Salahuddin Mengal and respondent Muhammad Akram to appear before the court on July 31. The order came when the vacation judge of BHC Justice Mehta Kailash Nath Kohli was hearing a constitutional petition filed by one Zaib-un-Nisa submitting that she had married Akram in 2003 after that her relations with him remained strained. The petitioner stated that her husband divorced her and took her baby Subha with himself to Lukki Marwat on February last. The court adjourned the hearing till July 31.
