Attack on Business Recorder House widely condemned

Acting central president ANP, Senator Haji Mohammad Adeel and provincial president, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Senator Afrasiab Khattak, provincial general secretary, Arbab Mohammad Tahir Khan Khalil and provincial secretary information, Malik Ghulam Mustafa strongly condemned the attack on the head office of Aaj News and termed it an attack on the freedom of press.

In a condemnation statement issued here from Central Media Cell of Bacha Khan Markaz, Peshawar here Tuesday, the leaders of ANP said that journalists could not be pressed through such cheap tactics rather it will further raise their morale. Federal Minister for Capital Administration and Development, Nazar Muhammad Gondal strongly condemned the firing incident at media house in Karachi. In his message to media house, Nazar Muhammad Gondal said such incidents were intolerable and the culprits should be apprehended and brought to justice. Chairman, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)

Imran Khan condemned the attack and termed it an attack on the freedom of press. In a condemnation statement issued here from PTI Central Secretariat here Tuesday, the PTI chief said that journalists could not be pressed through such cheap tactics rather it will further raise their morale. Difa-e-Pakistan Council (DPC) Chairman and leader of Jamiat Ulama-e-Islam (Sammi), Maulana Sami ul Haq on Tuesday condemned the attack in which two employees were injured.
