APNEC’s concern
KARACIH: All Pakistan Newspapers Employees Confederation (APNEC) has expressed concern over the non-implementation of the Sixth Wage Board Award in majority of the newspaper organizations.
A meeting, which was held here under the chairmanship of Karachi APNEC president Ayub Jan Sirhindi, constituted a committee to hold negotiations with the owners of those newspapers where the 6th wage board award had not been implemented so far and persuade them to implement the Award.
The meeting demanded of the newspapers’ owners to announce an interim relief package for their employees.
