KARACHI (September 19 2007): Japanese Ambassador Seiji Kojima distributed HEC-Japanese Need Based Merit Scholarship awards among 31 students of the Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), Peshawar on Wednesday last. These scholarships were funded by Japanese government under supervision of Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
